Payment

We will make the services available to you on a quick tech plan once the payment is completed from your side, along with the confirmation from our payment gateway. The payments will be collected by Support Nerds Inc., PA, USA If you take the service for 6 months or 1 year term, you may get a discount in pricing. You should agree to maintain your service for the subscribed period, if you sign up with us for 6 months or 1 year plan.

Reasons for End of Term Plan:

  • Expiration of the Subscribed Plan
  • Completion of the service before expiration of the relevant term.
  • Violation of Terms and Condition and Policies of our company
  • In the event of force-majeure cases

The process we follow for payment is by our payment gateway. Though, it is a secure transaction yet we advise you not to disclose or hand over your credit card or details to any of our staff. If you notice any unauthorized transaction or double payment, you are requested to contact us. Once we get the support request, our staff will check the service availability for the account, we therefore request you to give us time for the staffs to check the status of your account though it usually takes 2 minutes.

Renewal Policy

With regards to the renewal policy, we don’t charge you for the renewal of any service since you make the payment. In order to give you a seamless PC support, we may call you before expiration of your subscription tenure. If you have any payment related query, please get in touch with us.

Non Commercial Limitation

All services provided by Support Nerds are solely for personal and non-commercial purpose. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, modification and sale of information, product or services are not at all supported and we will take legal action in such situation.

No Unlawful Use

With the support that we offer, you should agree not to use any services that are illegal and unlawful as prohibited by the law. Before approaching us, we request you to check that you are only using legal software or else there would be a suspension or termination of the service. It should be noted that all plans should be used adhering to fair usage policy. If we notice or detect that Support Nerds is sought for more number of PC’s than actually paid for then it’ll be treated against fair usage policy.
